April 30, 2002 When I came to Donetsk, I always visited this hotel. I think not less than 50 times. But what I have seen now - the most important, that occurs in our country. April 09, 2003 This hotel and it's staff is one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever seen in the whole world. The service is perfect. The people are so friendly. The crew of the aircraft D- 11 TAP wants to thank you for the arrangement of the dinner last night in the lobby, the breakfast and your help. Lyudmyla was so friendly and helped us have in a foreign land to feel a little bit like home. We hope to come back soon. There will always be a place in our heart , where we like to remember the stay in this hotel. Thank you very much.
