General impression – it’s comfortable, cozy and stylish.
The room is wonderful, the style is well kept up, the bed is super!
The receptionists are nice and efficient, they are always available - I booked the room at midnight. Very nice personnel of professionals.
The restaurant is super! Everything is delicious, stylish, elegant and pleasing – the service is unobtrusive and on high level.
The interior of “Library Lounge” is super! – It’s cozy and stylish.
How marvellous is that I managed to combine a business trip with pleasant rest-time!
I am in Donetsk for the first time, but not for the last and I’ll return only to Your hotel. I hope that next time everything will be so simple and cozy still. Perhaps, the best reference is that it will be YOU where I am going to return to!

My friend and I visited a lot of restaurants and we had an opportunity to taste plenty of dishes cooked in traditions of various kitchens of the world. We thought there was nothing on earth that could surprise us. But as soon as we visited your restaurant tonight we realized how greatly we were wrong.
The first thing we liked was the interior and the atmosphere of this cozy place. The design is very beautiful and well thought over. At once a feeling of being in a sitting-room of our best friends’ house gripped us.
It is impossible not to admit that Oksana’s service added only pleasant notes to the atmosphere of the restaurant. Her smile, charm and openness in communication with clients are very important.
And when we tasted the dishes skillfully cooked by the chef of the restaurant we realized that we’d fallen in love with this place. And if before it we had planned to visit other restaurants of the city, then, after the marvelously spent evening in magically-comfortable atmosphere with magnificent dishes, we made a decision – to stay loyal to “Library Lounge” restaurant.
Thank you that you gave us an opportunity to remember this rest-time for long. Keep on pleasing your clients. We wish that your restaurant day by day acquire new admirers and that they leave this place with smiles on their faces.
